Given the high number of students who may like to avail this facility, please note:

• The session is only for TillSkill students (Regular/Fast Track). Further, this session is only for clarifying your doubts. This is not a personalised coaching session.

• Prior to booking, make sure you have regularly attended the classes as most of the doubts would have been clarified there. Also, refer to your study material for further clarification.

• Booking the session is also your way to test your skills on how you will be able to explain the issues to the management/Board in real life using fewer words and keeping it to-the-points. As such, spend some time to prepare your queries with your explanation and where you are stuck, so that the mentor can guide your way out.

• Refrain from scheduling more than one session in a calendar month, unless you have been specifically asked to do so by your mentor.

• While scheduling the appointment, specify your query (in short) and your preferred meeting date and time (a choice of at least 3 time slots of 15 minutes each) between 7:00 pm UTC and 10:00 am UTC.

• The mentor will inform you the time that best suits them, and the mode of meeting (phone call/Google Meet invite). Where applicable, ensure that you have access to Google Meet and your camera is working (this is essential) during the meeting.

• Inform the mentor asap if you are not able to make it at the schedule time. If you fail to attend your session without reasonable cause, or schedule the appointment without going through your study material, your future appointment requests may be be denied.
